All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
During peak periods or product launches, processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll do our best to keep you updated.

Singapore (Local Shipping)

Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days
Express Delivery: 1–2 business days
Free standard local shipping on orders over SGD 60

International Shipping

We currently ship to USA, Australia and Malaysia.

Standard International: 7–15 business days (varies by destination)
A standard shipping fee of SGD 15 is applicable for orders below SGD 150.
Customs duties or import taxes (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking info to update.

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

A standard shipping fee of SGD10 is applicable for the rearrangement of shipping should customers provides the wrong address.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to pay customs duties, we can reship the order at the buyer's expense.

For subsequent failure attempt(s), no refund will be provided as all press ons are customised to size and design.

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:

Courier or postal issues
Customs inspections (for international orders)
Peak holiday seasons or sales periods
