Thank you for shopping with The Subtle Company. Every set of our press-on nails is handcrafted with care and made to your selected sizes and style. As part of our commitment to hygiene, quality, and customisation, please review our policy below before placing your order.
1. 🚫 Returns
Due to the custom-made nature of our press-on nails and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns under any circumstances. Kindly ensure all sizes, styles, and shipping information are correct before placing your order.
2. Exchanges
We only offer exchanges if the wrong size was made on our end (e.g. we produced a different size from what was confirmed in your order).
To request an exchange:
- Email us at thesubtlecompanysg@gmail.com within 72 hours of the delivery date and time as stated in your delivery notice.
 - Provide your order number, photo evidence of the incorrect sizing, and your original sizing details for verification.
 
Once verified, we’ll proceed with a one-time replacement.
3. ⚠️ Important Notes
- Exchange requests submitted after 72 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
 - We reserve the right to refuse any exchange request if we determine that the original order was fulfilled accurately or if sufficient proof is not provided.
 - We do not cover shipping costs for returned or replaced items unless otherwise stated.
