Yes, we try to achieve at least 95% of size accuracy for your order. Thus, standard sizing is not available and all are custom made to fit your nails.

You will receive 10pcs of press on for each set of nails purchased. These 10pcs will be customised to your size and length indicated in your purchase.

The reusability depends on the application method used as well as the care condition.
Nails that are applied through sticky tabs and nail glue may be reused up to 3 applications if well taken care of.
Nails applied with gel glue or builder gel will have to be buffed off, which may affect the shape and structure of the press on. Thus it is not recommend to use gel based adhesive.

The durability of each application varies depending on the application method and your daily activities.
With proper application and care, each press on can last 2-3 weeks.

For short-term and reusable wear:
Use press on stickers for easy application and removal. Typically last 7 - 12 days and does not cause damage to your nails or press on.

8 - 20 Days:
Small amount of nail glue applied on both your nails and press on.

Tips to Longer Lasting Application:
Prep your nails before application, and ensure to avoid contact with water, oil or other chemicals at least 2-3 hours after application. The best time to apply your press on to achieve a lasting result is right before you head to bed.

Due to each press on being customised to your size, we do not accept return, refund or exchange of products. Thus it is important to check through your order before checking out.

For orders that require changes to shape and length, customers are advised to send an email to us at thesubtlecompany@gmail.com within 12 hours of order placed.
Acceptance of changes are subjected to T&Cs and are reviewed on case-on-case basis.

As each set of press on is customised and handcrafted in our homebased workspace, it will typically take 2-3 days to finish the order and another 3-5 days for delivery.
However, during festive and peak seasons, do expect longer delivery timing of up to 7 working days.

For order purchased, clients are expected to receive the following:
1. Press on nails set [10pcs]
2. A mini nail buffer x 1
3. Alcohol wipes x 2
4. sticky tabs x 2

As nail glue may not be a preferred application for all, it will not be included in the order. However, clients can purchase nail glue from our store to be shipped together with your order.

No, clients need no provide nails size again on their second purchase as we will keep the sizing record for our clients.
However, if clients wishes to make changes to the sizing or length of their press on, you may input in the comments section upon checking out, or drop us an email with your order reference to thesubtlecompany@gmail.com

International shipping is available with a minimum order value of SGD150 in a single receipt. The standard shipping rate for international shipping at at SGD19. For orders above SGD250 in a single receipt, free shipping will be included.

We accept group orders of different sizes and designs with shipping made to a single address.
